At Solvieraa, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping for our matching sets. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging
• All matching set items must be returned together (top and bottom included as a full set)
• Partial returns of sets are not accepted unless the item is defective

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may be rejected

Return Shipping

• We offer free return shipping for eligible returns
• Customers must contact support before sending any return to receive instructions

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
• Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or color depending on stock availability
• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
